I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service and the most perfect wedding dress I found at Grace & Lace. Despite my abbreviated wedding timeline, they were incredibly accommodating and flexible, ensuring that I found the dress of my dreams in time for my special day. Kelly, the owner and seamstress, is an absolute artist. Her care and attention to detail are unmatched, and she made sure that every stitch and embellishment on my dress was flawless. Not only did she create the most beautiful dress, but she also handcrafted a veil that perfectly matched my specifications. The entire experience at the shop was stress-free and enjoyable, thanks to the warm, inviting atmosphere and the incredible Grace & Lace team. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and supported. I cannot recommend this wedding dress shop and Kelly enough for their exceptional service, attention to detail, and dedication to making every bride feel truly special.

Grace & Lace is amazing!! Every one on the team so helpful! I had a bad experience at another place and was dreading going anywhere else… until I came here. Grace & Lace has an amazing selection and they helped me find my dress! I can’t wait to continue to work with Kelly as she does my alterations for my wedding dress! I said YES to the dress!!! I'm so thankful for the Grace & Lace Team! I had been searching for the perfect dress for quite some time, then I went to this adorable bridal boutique where Paige & Kelly helped me find MANY dresses that I loved! I felt very comfortable here and never felt like I was being rushed to make a decision. The team here is so sweet, I can't wait to recommend Grace & Lace to all of my newly engaged friends and family!

I got my wedding dress at this location and it was a beautiful experience for my family and friends. I had a private showing where my group had the entire storefront to ourselves. Kate was amazing and knew which dress was mine before I even realized it! I would highly recommend Grace & Lace for other brides to be, as I couldn't have imagined a better dress for me on my big day!

Gorgeous, gorgeous shop, with some stunning and unique dresses. When I called and left a voice mail the following day asking about one of the dresses I'd tried on, both Kelly and Cait responded right away. I did end up choosing a dress from another shop, but the dresses I tried on here made my final decision quite difficult!

This is the best dress store EVER. I’m not sure where I truly begin. Kelly and Cait are the absolute best. The store is beautiful, Kelly is the owner and seamstress and is WONDERFUL. CAIT knows everything when it comes to the dresses and the designers. The best part - they genuinely care and are two of the nicest humans I have ever met.I went to multiple dress stores in downtown Chicago and didn’t have a great experience + they lacked dresses. G&L has its ALL!! They also have their dresses online. You are the only one In the store and all the focus is on you, the bride!

I don't typically leave reviews, but I definitely read them. I HAD to contribute a review for Grace & Lace Bridal! My mom, MOH, and FMIL, and I (Bride) visited Grace & Lace this past Sunday for a trunk show. We all left with smiles on our faces because we had such an amazing time! Better yet, I found the one! The third dress I tried on was the winner. Alyssa was super nice and provided guidance, but also allowed us space to just talk and make decisions. We felt very cared for and attended too. Because I am between sizes, Kelly also explained the sizing in great detail and what the process would be for alterations. I am over the moon in love with my dress and even more in love with the experience I had. Start your dress shopping process here before going anywhere else! :)

After a bad experience at a previous bridal store, I had the absolute best experience at Grace and Lace. I worked with Elisa and she allowed me to browse through their selection while also pulling dresses she thought I would like. When trying on dresses, both Elisa and Kelly made me feel beautiful and confident. After finding no dresses I liked at my first salon I ended up finding 3 dresses I loved and one I could not stop thinking about! When I returned to finally “say yes to the dress” it was really nice to have Kelly there to answer any alteration questions that I had. She was able to tell me what could and could not be altered, the price range for it and any other questions I had. It was the best experience at Grace and Lace and I have been recommending them to everyone I know!
