Has done really good work in the past at reasonable rates. Very happy with the past work. Currently, though, they don't seem to want to do anything that isn't a $100K+ project. Don't bother calling them with anything less than that as they'll ghost you.

Outstanding is the best word to describe this team. The V8 Speed and Resto Shop is a large team of car enthusiasts that are well versed in building, repairing, restoring and/or improving your car. I was extremely happy with the outstanding work that they did on the restoration of my family heirloom. They listened to what I wanted, provided input, guidance and kept me up to date with every step - even though I am 800 miles away, If you are interested in restoring your car the right way, then this is where you need to take your car!

V8 Speed & Resto Shop is the best place to go for any work you need done on your classic car our truck. I have been a customer there for several years, starting with maintenance work on my 1979 Jeep and also taking care of my 68 Malibu. Kevin, Kelle, and the whole team have an incredible amount of knowledge about classics, whether it be keeping things orginal or a modern resto upgrade. Recently, V8 completed a front suspension update on my Malibu to improve handling. The crew gave me several options and reccomended a preferred solution. I am continually impressed with their attention to detail. They are meticulous with my classics and I appreciate it very much. By far, the best part of working with V8 Speed & Resto is their customer service. They get it. The team knows everyone has a different style, suttle tastes, and varying budgets. V8 does everything possible to make sure their customers are happy.

Brought my 1967 Mustang home today. Between the shop and I, we put 1/2 the miles my old man did in 27 years over 4 months. She runs great again after a 30 year hiatus from sunlight.The team at V8 Speed & Resto is top notch. I dropped the car off after it hadn't run in 30 years and didn't need a full rebuild but needed a bunch of work to get it so I could drive it again. They went above and beyond with the service, communication, and cost.Everytime I swung by, was called, or emailed it was a professional experience. On top of that, they were more than happy to host me whenever I came out to see progress. They also loved to share stories and let me see cool (everything there) while I was visiting.This is the only place I'll bring my 67 Mustang GT convertible for work.Out of shops, I've been in lots, this one is rated 100/100. Highly recommend.

I had my 1979 Firebird Formula at the V8 Speed and Resto Shop last year and they were great.I had a Holley Snipper EFI, new fuel tank, electric fuel pump, and a complete Magna Flow exhaust system installed. They kept me informed on the progress calling me with updates and and always sending me pictures.I would give them a GRADE OF A for the work accomplished by their staff, and would recommend V8 Speed and Resto Shop to anyone wanting there classic cars done right.The staff is very friendly and you really become part of the V8 Speed and Resto Shop family.THE V8 SPEED AND RESTO SHOP TEAM is very knowledgeable at what they do, making sure that you get the best work on your car done the right way.

V8 is a the best there is. These guy have their Sh%t together. if you're going in just for a small patch up or upgrade you still get a thorough examination. What more do we want when we have our hot rods up in the air but to have professional experienced eyes looking out for us.And for extensive upgrades they are just the best as they document everything. No disappointments bringing your dream car here. And there is "always" something cool to checkout while visiting. You are sure to make new friends at V8. A great asset to anyones tool box.
