They're kind, courteous, and always willing to answer my questions (I'm not a mechanic, so I want to know why things work/break the way they do). “Hit a deer on the interstate 15 minutes into our vacation. Our car was not in driving condition. After calling Springfield tow trucks with no luck, one company told us to call Joe's in Farmersville. Thank goodness because we got through and Steve showed up in 35 minutes. He towed us to our house to unload our luggage and we were still able to go on vacation. By the way, this happened about 2:15am. Thank you Joe's Auto Service and Steve.”
