1310 2nd Ave, Rapids City“Only two lanes are available for checkout. Everything thing else was self check. Makes me want to just use this for quick stop like the gas station. Just a few items instead of my usual haul of 250.00worth of groceries! I'm not waiting in long checkout lines or doing self checkout with a weeks worth of groceries.”
“Love going to Aldis, but I think they've been going to Walmart lately and matching their prices. Most items could be priced lower to encourage more people to chop there exclusively.”
“Friend and helpful people, and the store is spacious and clean stocked with a great varieties of food items. Many Indian grocery items, canned goods plus many from South-East Asia and some from European countries. I wish I could purchase more, even just to taste test many of the cookies and noodles. Yet I held back from over indulging my appetite. That should give me a reason to visit the store again for getting other tasty treats. Above all, being friendly to customers is an asset in running a successful business.I aslo noticed the tables of items on sale. When things have been on the shelves but not yet expired, their prices are lowered. Very good buys ?”

755 15th Ave, East Moline“The steak tortas and horchata were amazing. My daughter loved the tacos. The attached store had everything needed for the kitchen and the Mexican cakes were fresh.”
“I love shopping here as it has everything needed and it is organized and sorted well……unlike HyVee. I was surprised by the addition of the self checkout machines. The UI that they use could be optimized and laid out in a better fashion. It’s too cluttered, the font is annoying, and needs to be more fluid. Besides that, self checkout machines for Fareway seem to be against what I thought were its company values…..but maybe that’s just my perception.”
“Nice store. Employee needs to show more empathy towards customers. I love the variety of the products for sale to the customers. Place looked very orderly and clean.”

1210 18th Street, Silvis“Love, love, love, that there are self checkouts now..Total game changer for me. I will definitely be back! Produce was good, and we love their salsa. I prefer self checkout, and their system is very quick! Got in and out in no time, and didn't have to bother a cashier, because they looked BUSY. Thank you Aldi, I hope this is a system you keep.”
“Update: They really went above and beyond to fix prior mistake. Thank You!!!!
Great breakfast food. Wish both sausage gravy's that I ordered and paid for would have been included in the delivery order. Otherwise, hot and fresh even for delivery.”

710 Avenue of the Cities, East Moline“QC Global Groceries had good prices on some things I needed for a dish -- bay leaves, chili peppers, and some other stuff. Nice folks and great prices -- I took the bay leaves back to Hy-Vee I bought earlier.
I make that mistake sometimes of hitting the big box store before the smaller joints, and I regret it nearly every time.”
“I recently got some floral arrangements for a bridal shower I was hosting. I was beyond happy with the cube vase arrangements that Hyvee floral created for me. I would highly recommend them, and will be using them again in the future. Thank you Hy-Vee! ?”
“I went to the quick Mart where I can drop in and purchase a fountain pop and a bag of ice in just a few minutes.
It's clean, things are in order and that's all I can ask from them. Some staff is friendly, some staff come across as being annoyed that they have to be there at all. That is just my perception.”
“On the northern edge of LeClaire. This locally owned grocery store is right off US67 (North Cody rd.), the main north-south road along the Mississippi on the Iowa side. If you're camping in this area, they have just about all the necessities you need.”

“My husband and I visited for the first time today, and just wanted to give a shout-out to cashier, Brenda! She was so kind to both of us and made our day. We are very impressed with the organization and cleanliness of this store. We can’t wait to come back!”
“A very good location, A newer store very clean, very well staffed and stocked. The store had everything we were looking for and the staff was wonderful, nice and courteous as were the patrons, a great location.”
“While the Iowa side of the river doesn’t always get the best selection of whiskey (compared to the IL side), this Wine & Spirits does a good job of maintaining a respectable selection of whiskey. And if you’re looking for unique tequilas, you should definitely stop in. Brad and his team here are always friendly, helpful, and kind - so it’s definitely worth stopping in!”

203 W 1st Ave, Coal Valley“I stopped there because I didn't want to go to the truck stop and have all that traffic and everything that goes with a truck stop the girl that was managing the register was very nice bathrooms are very clean had a very good experience”
“Friendly staff, nice basic convenience store/gas station that's open 24 hours a day. It does not have a large selection of fresh or hot food like some other chains. The fuel prices are comparable to others in the area, and slightly cheaper than the BP station a few blocks away. One big plus is that they have a non-ethanol grade of regular gasoline available. This is getting harder to find, and not available at any other local stations. It is the preferred fuel for boats and many small engines (such as lawn mowers) due to its longer shelf life/stability, and its resistance to absorbing moisture. The station is located a couple blocks from the municipal boat ramp, and this may be the reason they have it. They also carry diesel fuel and a small selection of automotive essentials : such as oil, power steering fluid, diesel additives, bulbs, etc..”
