I just got a car and I must say that SHIELDS AUTO is by far the best car dealership I have ever visited. The guys over there are very welcoming and kind-hearted. Shields auto! I just want to say thank you thank you ! I had recently had my engine blow , and honestly didn’t know what I was going to do about a vehicle, went to shields and Robert put the pedal to the metal for me! I love love my new suv! We bought a used vehicle from Shields on June 11and had it 1 day when we discovered it had a major problem with the engine. We took it back and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. They offered us our money back or the option of putting in a new engine at their expense. We opted for the new engine and after a few weeks they delivered the car back to us. It appears to be running fine and we are very pleased with the service they gave us. I have doubts that any other dealers would have been so accommodating. They wanted to make sure that we were satisfied and happy customers. We would definitely do business with them again and would recommend them to others.

Terry Twitchell is great to work with. He answered all communications promptly and helped us order the car we were looking for. The Shields facility is very nice!
Service is also great! Easy to talk to, scheduling is a breeze, staff are friendly, efficient and helpful!
