i was looking into buying two bunnys. i was under the impression that the two bunnys i chose from the female bunny cage were both going to be females. today i found out that one was improperly labeled and will have to spend more money then intended to nutter one bunny as i will not be getting rid of one and keeping the other. service when buying the bunny's was very rushed the worker didn't seem as if she wanted to be there.

I called her earlier today to have them hold an item for me and they said they would. I called to double check before I left because it was an hour drive and the customer service desk did not have my name did not have my number and knew nothing about holding an item for me. They had four pallets earlier in the day, and now they only have three items left..this was the Rantoul Rural King.

Good place to shop. Especially if you have no other reason to go to Champaign. I give it 4 stars for the following reasons. It's very difficult to find someone to help you, you'll find most are up front at the registerAnd the floor is a real tripping hazard. There are several places throughout the store where the concrete seams are as mush as an inch different in hight. There are also places where big chunks are missing. Due to cancer and the drugs I tale I have neuropathy in my hands and legs. Because of this I cannot tell if I'm lifting my feet when I walk. So these are true tripping hazards for me and anyone like me. Lastly they allow dogs In the store. Not everyone is a dog person, im not, and some are allergic.

The woman at the register was very pleasant and helpful but the individuals who assist with loading brought our 15 bags of feed to the front of the store and left it unattended then when another worker did walk by he ignored us and grabbed an indidual cart and walked it back inside. Other rural king locations actually assist their customers.

We drive over an hour to shop the Rantoul Rural King. Store is ALWAYS well stocked, clean and has THE MOST HELPFUL & FRIENDLY employees than any other store. We are closer to Lafayette IN & Champaign IL store.. but Lafayette is a dirty store with very unfriendly/helpful employees, and Champaign is not far behind...

Rural King (in general) like to do false advertising. They will lure you in with a good sale, but they won't honor it. Example. They were advertising a "Manager Special". You purchase a Milwaukee drill/impact Fuel kit, along with a Shockwave 54 piece bit kit. The Milwaukee kit is regularly $399, but purchasing both gets the kit for $299. Milwaukee drill/impact kit number: 3697-22 Milwaukee 54 piece Shockwave Set number: 48-32-4010 The problem comes in when Rural King decided not to stock the Shockwave set, thereby making it impossible to purchase this sale item. They don't even have any shelf space set aside for the kit. I visited multiple stores, and none of the managers could find the Shockwave product, or said they never received any. When I reached out to the corporate help line, they told me it was in stores. They aren't. False advertising.
