Stood there almost 10 minutes 3 people behind counter looking at me and ignored me. My husband said something all 3 of them disappeared. I left. Didn't get my medicine. Wow.

This pharmacy takes days to refill basic prescriptions. They send messages constantly that are not applicable to the basic service they continue to fail at whch is filling prescriptions in a timely manner.

My regular pharmacy was out of my prescription and it was transferred here - there was an issue with the prescription being processed and the pharmacist (I think her name was Nichole) quickly resolved the issue and even called to let me know things were sorted - I was very impressed with the friendly and responsive staff at this pharmacy.

I had a prescription for prenatal multivitamins a week ago, and it is still not ready for pick up! Visited them at the end of the first day. They said it would be in stock soon. Called them. No one picks up the phone! Called a few days later, they said that they didn’t have it and I need to have my doctor send a new prescription to somewhere else! Why can’t you tell me that the first time?! One week of time wasted!

Website info is WRONG-they are only open until 7:00 pm. If I had known this I would've had my prescription filled elsewhere (called in by my dr during a mobile visit) but I went by the website . I won't be able to start my meds until tomorrow now. UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON YOUR WEBSITE

This is crazy, I know they have had some personnel issues lately, but, I've been trying to find out for 2 days if 3 new prescriptions are ready. On lone it says in process... I call there, I get an automated ststem. Then, after jumping through all the hoops there... I still, do not ever get to actually speak to an actual person to and find out about my scripts. Then, I decide to go ahead and chance going even though it's so bad out.. and (?BEEP, ?BEEP,?BEEP...), they closed early!

The customer service is very at the pharmacy very good explain what's going on tonight need to work on your computer system people can come in the store and shop and buy stuff get somebody out there to work on it I'm just saying if somebody and computer skills to fix the computers tonight

Immunizations are done in a chair where customers usually wait. I felt like the pharmacist was compromising sanitation because he had to pass back through the door to switch material to give the injection. More importantly, they stand to give injections, placing them too high. My last one allowed the medicine to go into my shoulder joint. It was excruciatingly painful for two days and left inflammation that has aggravated my rotator cuff for a month later, so far. Insurance forces me to use CVS but I will probably use another location after this. This store is dimly lit and the people aren't courteous. They just do their job like your an inconvenience. And I'm certainly going to want a better immunization experience.

I hate this pharmacy. I only use it because it's my insurance preference. One of my medications is ALWAYS out of stock and I end up missing a day or two. I can't pick up before I run out because it's a highly controlled medication. Pharmacists can't answer my questions since they appear to be unfamiliar with these medications. One of my dosages recently changed and they only filled half of it. When I called to ask and confirm why, pharmacist had no idea what I was asking since I received half of it, that apparently meant I was good to go; except I was missing 300mg out of 450mg. Not good for someone who relies on these medications to function normally.

They USED to have good, hard working, efficient employees here. Seems that losing them and saving money is more important to them. The 1 pharmacist barely speaks English, and is definitely NOT in a hurry to get a prescrition filled. And shows absolutely no concern for the customer. Before they lost ALL of their staff, it was a great place to get prescriptions filled or shop for many things. But it is not like that now.

I am disabled. I wait outside in my vehicle while my husband picks up my meds.THE pharmacists Dave and Patrick is very good to me. This pharmacy tech Linda when I call to check on my meds she puts me on hold and is very standoffish. I have been a customer for yrs I have never said anything out of the way to her I'm just gonna pray for her .Thank you for your service.
