Brandy is super nice and helpful. My favorite cashier is the guy in the morning that sits sometimes. He’s always in a good mood, greets everyone and remembers stuff you might just mention in passing. Almost everyone is pretty cool at this store.

Constantly failing to follow any instructions. I ask for extra sauce and pay for delivery just to receive less sauce than normal and then the employee decides to argue that the large cheese bread ive been given is my pizza.

Manager was rude as can be. Jenn or however you spell it was rude after asking how much an empty cup was and telling him it was free then threatening my husband saying "I know where to find you".We will make sure we can notify as many people as we can to drive the extra 100 yards to the other Casey's down the road.Obviously this manager has no clue the #1 rule in retail. "Customer is always right". Which was not challenged by any means but was told to the customer they are wrongIf we could give this 0 stars just like many others would just due to the manager we all would.Sad thing is I know the district manager for Ford county and can make that call. This day in age thou I won't hinder a person's income.

I just had the horrible experience of watching the manager make a teenager cry. I was in the store to buy some gas, and overheard a young woman come in asking for help as she was stuck in town. The manager was incredibly viciously rude to her, threatening the police.Hopefully that manager did her due diligence and went and asked that person to leave before wasting the police's time.I don't know anything else about the location, but I'll never be back in again.Whoever that manager is she needs to be fired yesterday.

Rude employees, falsely accusing customer of stealing, and tried to charge me for items not purchased I had to call them out on it before I even touched the items I did purchase. Multiple bad experiences. This is definitely the worst.

They trying to get rich off the pandemic. Went there because they had a good happy hour. Just for the manager to tell me that since the pandemic happy hours have be ex out.

My sister and I went together. I ordered the Chicken Balti and the Steak and Ale savory pies. The chicken was my favorite. I would highly recommend it! The chicken and curry sauce were so flavorful and the crust was rich and delicious! I loved the cilantro sauce, too; it was the perfect accompaniment to my royal pies. I hope to go back to try the mushroom and kale. We also enjoyed the date cake. It was tasty and very moist.

Some places are just hype and Pleasant House is one of them. I walked in for a quick bite after work/school with kids in tow... asked for coffee along with my meal and was told they dont serve coffee in the evening however I can walk across to Bridgeport Coffee and get one if I wanted. SERIOUSLY? ?? its ok to say they dont serve but to expect me to go across and grab one isnt a good idea especially since i had kids with me. Anyways the food, I couldn't attempt to take more than 3 bites of the chicken pie, nibbled a bit on the crust which had a butter taste(only plus). The kids shared the chicken burger, which seemed ok and a ginger ale which was freshly made.Me staying away from this place.

i just came in for a pick up, Guy was friendly , he noticed my t shirt, order fish chips, pasty , chicken balti pie, 2 orders of gravy, food was great although i did not get my gravy, even though i asked him to check, and the balti pie was not a balti pie but was a veggie tomato pie?

Definitely ??. Food was great tasting, fast service, great customer service all around. Nice remodel. Happy to be back open even better than before.
