The customer service is awful and I won't be back. I'd rather drive out of my way rather than return to this location. I went in to get breakfast once and there were quite a few school kids in line. I waited in line and watched the breakfast menu change to lunch just as it was my turn to order and they told me breakfast is over now. If I was in line I should have been able to order breakfast. I went in today and they have no idea what t-mobile Tuesday is.

If you're a black man don't work here. New management. Poor communication. Lack of opportunity. Very prejudice atmosphere. Lots of weird activities. Unequipped supervisors etc blah blah. Great food. Bad cooking habits. I still work here by the way. Trying hard to keep up in rantoul, the city of scarce opportunity.

There was a young guy who worked there sitting when we walked in and still sitting when we left. We were there about 45 minutes or so. So kudos if they get long breaks like that!The food was good, the place was clean and the service was great!

Had to Wait to give order at drive thru. No one else was in line. Got told to pull up after paying to the side door. Food was not good. OCS was soggy and no flavor. Onion rings were solid.

Orders are NEVER correct!! Bread is hard and dry! The young kids that serve you need trained in customer service/etiquette!

Every time I go here the order is wrong. Last time everything had cheese when I said none and expressed a bad allergy. This time I was missing items AND the order was wrong even thought the receipt and everything was correct.Waste of money- and they never offer a full refund it's always coupons. I don't want a damn coupon to eat here again, I want you to take my food back and return my money.

I’ve gone here a few times recently after having not great experiences, but they have really met my expectations over the past month or two. Today specifically, the guy working (said his name was Hunter) was very polite. He ran my food out to me and realized he forgot the syrup, acknowledged it and ran back in to grab it for me. While that seems like what most people SHOULD do, he could have easily just “forgot” but made sure to make it right before I even noticed. That’s what it’s all about :) thank you, Hunter!

Sat in the drive thru for 7 mins.. parked came inside. They had a small group of people inside with 3 staff members. I asked the kid doing drive thru if I would get my order taken if I went back to drive thru or stay inside. He could only say sorry. Burger King in Rantoul Illinois do better. Give the staff hours so they can be staffed for a weekend!!! SMH. Won’t be back for a long time.
