Tammy is awesome, I was heart broken when a diamond was missing. She was so caring and helpful. She took the time to relax me, then we went to workon getting us taken care of. Our ring was sent off and was back in the time frame She quoted. She totalled understood that my feelings to the ring were so strong. She went over the top to help us... in our mind Tammy is the one we will work with, they are all good....but she's OURS.

Ive been a loyal customer to Zales for over 20 years. Ive never had an issue with anything until a month ago. I was needing a repair for a ring I purchased several years ago. Because they had updated their computer systems some data was hard to locate. They couldn't seem to find any of my data that I had even purchased my ring from zales. Tammy from the quincy il store dug into the archives and found all of my information. Not only did she find my info, she also found that my ring was covered for repair. Thank you Tammy for going above and beyond when I didn't seem to be getting anywhere. I can't wait to get my ring back and wear it daily as it has been one of my favorite pieces of jewelry.

My husband and I came in over a year ago to pick out an engagement ring. The lady that originally helped us was very unpleasant to work with, and I ended up purchasing a ring that I wasn’t happy with. Fast forward to July 11,2025 we went back in to look for another ring. We met Tammy who happens to be a manager, and had the absolute opposite experience working with her. She was very apologetic about the first woman and made sure to do whatever possible to get me the ring I actually wanted. She wasn’t pushy, she was extremely knowledgeable, and pleasantly honest with us. I have a ring that I’m excited to wear, and because of Tammy we will likely return! Thank you Tammy, we look forward to working with you in the future.

Kennidy was great with helping me with suggestions for a gift I came to Zales to purchase. She was very patient with me because I didn’t know really what I wanted to purchase.
