Staff were amazing at helping us with our paperwork so we could get our rings repaired. They took the time to go over everything and make sure everything was up to date. Very friendly and helpful!

The Zales associates in Quincy , Illinois mall are absolutely amazing !! I was having continuous issues with my engagement ring and they always were welcoming and understanding and I never felt like a problem ! I truly appreciate their customer service and how they treat their customers !
