Everyone was fantastic! Front desk was friendly, helpful, personable, informative, & genuinely interested in helping. Our vet tech was the best! He made certain our dogs felt safe & cared for. Dr. was the best! She took her time with each dog, explaining how visits would go, & allowed us to be there when she gave the vax so there was less anxiety for our dogs, & me ?. Would 100% recommend & thanks to Jane's Pampered Pets for
the recommendation & their work. Grateful to have these places in our community.

Always takes the time to check over your pet and answer all your questions and concerns you have. I have never felt rushed out the door when taking my pets there, which is such a relief. They also have an app to download so you can text your vets whenever you need outside of office hours. Highly recommend to anyone with a furry friend!

My dog has been a Patient here for years. They recently decided suddenly they will not order my dogs medication with out prepayment. Customer service is deplorable and there clearly is no care about the animal. Recently raised prices by quite a bit. In my pets records they lied stating they tried to call me 04-16-24. I didn't order my pet's med until 04-17-24. My dog will likely die from the disease he has and they made getting his medication more difficult and more of a hassle. Allison told me I was not welcome there anymore.

I have never had an issue with Western veterinary clinic. all the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. what would recommend this to any individual that has a beloved Fur baby.

We adopted our dog from here as she was a stray. They went above and beyond by having patience with her and with us when we did introductions, as she was very timid. WIVC also allowed us to adopt without spaying until she got acclimated to her new home. Fast forward two months, we took her back for her spay and they were great! They called right after the procedure to let us know it went without complications, gave us a printout of after care along with an after hour/emergency number in case it was needed. Very happy with this facility, it's cleanliness and the very friendly staff!
