Prices are going up, and there's not enough cashiers to help you. They want free labor from us and then want to check our bags when leaving. They also complain about how the company is losing money due to theft but put more self checkout stations in.

Had $100 in my cart only to find out they don't have any kind of g-pay or "tap-it" technology. I'm waiting for a new card in the mail and can only pay virtually. They offered no assistance in manually inputting my card information or anything. I wasted almost $30 on lyft to get there and back today.

Your usual daily Walmart trip. You see all kinds, hear everything, and leave with nightmares for weeks AFTER YOU HIRE MORE CASHIERS TO DO A JOB YOU NOW EXPECT ME TO DO FOR FREE INSTEAD OF HIRING MORE HELP SO THAT FAMILIES CAN FINALLY GET A LIFT UP.

For the third time in the past couple of months, I have placed a pick up order and at my pick up time I was notified that my order has a two hour delay. I live out of town, so I either reschedule or cancel the order entirely. Today, was the third and last time. I cancelled the order and went to Niemann’s. From today forward, I’ll shop at Niemanns or Target.

Everytime I call customer service electronics it does not matter. No one answers or I get hung up on even after multiple attempts to call back they are rude and don't care I hope I don't ever have to go back. Thank goodness target will be in quincy soon

I was shopping there a couple days ago and it was right before 11 I was trying to hurry up and me being in my 60's I'm not fast like these youngins so this lady i believe her name was hailey she had darkish hair worked there tells me in a mean tone that i need to buy my stuff or get out very mean like idk if she was having a bad night or what but thats the last time i go there

Customer service sucks in this store. The cleaning lady was way more helpful and friendly than the two women walking up and down the area in front of customer service. Not enough checkouts open. Many of us do not use the self checkout.

Always a great experience! I miss being able to late night shop and ever since covid they don't keep everything in store. However, when getting things online they usually are delivered with a couple of days! Not a big fan of self check out though! It charged me $49 for membership I didn't need nor want. I didn't realize until it was too late and it was nonrefundable.. -_-

Wow, checked in through app to pick up an order and made several calls and I’m still waiting for my order. Asked to talk to a manager and was told “ I am the manager and you’ll just have to wait” , even though I’ve been waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes and have literally watched vehicles pull in and out. Still waiting with my kids in the car.
