***NOT WALGREENS***Can you please tell me why people are writing reviews for a Walgreens that doesn't exist at 927 Broadway. That is not a Walgreens that is part of Blessing Hospital, which is doctors offices. I'm not sure why Google has not updated this. The phone number is not in service.

They are good for everything except... loading money on paypal card... they ask for I.D even though its my card... they wont see me again for loading money.. Goodluck to anybody else

Quincy walgreens is horrible. There management is terrible . There is an old man that works there that’s horrible to customers. I went in one night to buy only snacks . I had been in there earlier in the day and used a few coupons this guy hates couponers so he accused me of stealing in front of a bunch of customers. I called customer service at least 20 time in 2 weeks and never received a phone call back . No need to call the manager of store because he doesn’t care that his staff is so very rude . Got the whole thing on video . Sad they let him work there not only is he rude to me he’s very rude to most customers expecially if they are using a coupon. Sad they have ran a lot of good people that spent lots of money in there . When they get a bad review or bad customer service call on this guy I was told from another worker that there manager says pay no attention to it he says it’s me . Terrible place

Worst customer service experience ever. I called the pharmacy at 2:26pm. The person I spoke with said my RX would be ready in 90 minutes. I was out of town. I got in line at the drive thru at 7:15pm, got to the window around 7:50pm. My RX was not ready. Additionally, they said my insurance had been canceled since 2017. When I asked the last time I picked up my RX, they said 11/29 (less than 2 months ago). Clearly my insurance had not been canceled. When I advised I would wait in the window for them to verify my insurance, the pharmacist threatened to call the police. The only way to get my son’s RX filled immediately was to pay cash, which I did because he is very ill with Covid and strep. Needless to say I am switching pharmacies and filing a corporate complaint. The pharmacist refused to give me her last name so that I could file this complaint. I completely understand being short-staffed, but I called 6 hours prior to going there. If there were any issues, I would not have sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes only to leave empty handed.

Our Quincy Walgreens has been horrible they put a new coupon policy in affect to only a few of us couponers we are limited to just 4 of anything in store ! Other couponers come in and clear the shelf ! I'm allowed 4 tide that's on sale but another couponer went in and got 12 at one time ! They pick and choose who they are nice to ! I have called district manager , corporate and nothing gets done ! They should be fair with everyone ! Not right ! Have been couponing there for over 10 years now they make it inpossible ! It's sad when u have to travel 2 hrs away to shop at Walgreens !
