Don't bother going there. I have a new Samsung watch and my watch won't hold a charge until evening and has done it for the last 3 days. Something obviously is wrong . They wouldn't even look at it.

Switch to Verizon!! It works in Quincy now.Service is beyond awful even in Quincy. Service in the middle of anywhere is a lie.The customer service here is okay nothing special.Their 1-800 number is full of people who have screamed and cursed at people in the past.

I would give zero stars but that's not an option. They wouldn't honor a deal that has been broadcasting on TV for 2 months, even on the day I went to the store, and still is broadcasting. The deal includes any phone for free with a 36 month contract. I explained this to the worker and they had no idea what I was referring to, even after they looked up the deals on their computer. If US Cellular cannot honor their deals, there's no point in continuing with their service, which is why for the first time in 17 years, I will be switching providers and never returning to US Cellular.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Hands down worst customer service. When dealing with retail sales associate, she chose to blow me off over the phone than help me with the problem I had. Will be canceling service.

Been battling Apple for 4 weeks on an iPhone repair. Beyond frustrated. Walk into USC and Sam and Chloe had my problem solved and in and out in 30 minutes. Best experience at a USC store. I bet I’d spent 6 hours on the phone with Apple.

Horrible experience, if I could rate them ZERO stars I would have, from the very start our salesMAN had an attitude for whatever reason, he treated us like we were fresh off the street, instead we are 25 plus year customer's of U.S. Cellular, You would think as the competition for cell service heats up, it would be better to try and work with customers but he was not helpful at all, argumentative, and was only interested in getting us out. I was so disturbed by him after we left I almost went back in to speak to the manager, but that's not always helpfulVery disappointed, not sure what the problem was, we all have bad days, I imagine that he is usually better to deal with, since he said he has worked there for sometime, but I won't be using this site for my U.S. Cellular service's.

Morgan was awesome to work with! We had our infant daughter with us and Morgan was so friendly to her and understanding when she needed to nurse and when she was getting tired. She got us the best deal she could on new phones with all the accessories and a new plan. She stayed past closing when my phone wasn’t done updating and made sure I knew it was okay when I apologized. Thanks so much!
