Did not want to help unload and unhook car trailer, did not put boards under the ramps for my car as it is lower to the ground. Ripped all the plastic coverings underneath my car and refused to offer any help or advice after. Have filed a claim with Uhaul insurance.

Drove over 2 hours to pick up truck that owner assured me he would meet us. Got there and he was closed and would not answer the phone number he gave us. COMPLETE J***
