You know, it's unfortunate that people who lack compassion and the ability to set aside their own biases, work to help the community. I say this because never did I have a positive interaction with the staff as they made it very clear by rude remarks and attitudes, that they don't truly like to help others who are struggling. It's hard enough to admit, then reach out for help. Then to have to interact with people whose job is not to judge but to help and process information to get people financialassistance, speak to you in a demeaning way, to remind you that you have needed services before? Shame on you!Not everyone is out to abuse the systems that provide assistance so stop treating people that way or find a new line of work! Some of us actually work really hard to provide for our families without assistance and when we do need it we don't want to get it it simply because we are afraid of being judged by those who are supposed to be there to help. Humble yourselves because anything can happen to anyone at anytime and one day you may be on the other side of that desk asking for help!
