I recently sold them a jeep. And was informed that it would take 2 weeks to get the check from them, which it has been a month and yet received the check. I was also informed by the Sales Manager that they are able to sell my jeep without the title, yet I can not get my check without the title.

Sold them our car on the 11th. Has been 25 days and still haven’t got payed for it. How can they sell a car that they haven’t got a title in hand for? Beware if selling a car to them!!!!!

Sold our vehicle to them a month ago. Still havent got payed. was told 2 weeks to get payed. Every time I call them they keep telling me a longer time.

We enjoyed our time with Jeannie. The whole Shottenkirk crew was friendly and professional even though they had had a very busy day and were all having to stay after hours to take care of customers. We would recommend Shottenkirks and Jeannie to our friends.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Overly pushy salesmen. Service is a joke. They take advantage of being the only Toyota dealer in town. I will happily drive 2 hours to St Louis to get better service. Avoid them like the plague.

Exceptional service! Prompt, when receiving me, at their facilities, with courtesy, and a friendly attitude. Efficient, in providing assistance!!! Definitely have been pleased, with Shottenkirk Toyota, in Quincy!

I went in for a simple oil change. They give a report at the end of the visit. to tell you what they found wrong with your vehicle. They told me the bulb needed to be replaced in my Center Brake Light. Imagine my surprise when I seen the bill. Had I agreed for them to do it $ 368.93 . To change a bulb. I did my research online, And it took me about five minutes to do. Can you say serious price gouging ? And by the way the bulb only cost me $ 7.01 at my local parts store. What's even worse is I bought my car there .. Is that the way to treat customers to change a bulb ? A simple light bulb. Will O count as a rating. Totally disappointed

We saw a truck we liked. Drove 60 miles to check it out because it was a good price. Waited 30 minutes for them to find keys to truck. Drove it, said we'd take it for the list price expecting doc fees of ($150-300), tax, title & license; but then the price comes up another $5 grand more. They have HIDDEN fees for required warranty care and reconditioning of vehicle totaling almost 4 grand. By the time they're done, the price is over high range of KBB. DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES VIOLATIONS! Walked out, never going back. Don't waste your time with company that must lie to get you in the door.

Bowhunting in Illinois and my truck was due for a service. Made an appointment on line and brought it in from the Liberty area. The service area (drive up to the garage doors and they will open and let you in) was easy and not crowded like many other dealers. I was waited on immediately and they will text when the service is completed. More soon

I purchased a used vehicle 6 weeks ago and the battery completely died in this weather. I didn't really think they would do anything about it since it was a used vehicle and it was a battery issue but I called just to see. To my complete surprise they took care of the problem and installed a new battery. I'm very impressed with the service they give and recommend that if you are looking for a new or used vehicle you give them a chance.

Don't waste your time. They don't deal open and honestly, even when you have a check in-hand ready to purchase a vehicle. No respect for out of town buyers who simply want to close a deal.

If I could give them a -star I would! We bought a car from them and were told free oil changes, and that if anything went wrong with the car to bring it in and it would be taken care of. Bought extended warranty, maintenance contract. We left to go home an hour from them... half way home look down and the car is on Empty!!! We have to stop and fill it up! They didn't even put gas in it!!! Had the check engine light come on & there was an issue with the steering, and needed an oil change..... we paid for the oil change they said we don't have a service contract only maintenance, not what we were told, we were told there was nothing wrong with the steering and no code on the engine light. Ooook! We left... ONE week later engine light is back on and the steering is still not right. Take it back.. accelerator pedal needs changed... 2 weeks. They gave us a loner.. ok! Cars done... did you check the steering?... NO we didn't know there was a problem... YES you did! Power steering module needs replaced... ok! We have to pay a deductible for one and all of the other... car is now out of warranty and maintenance doesn't cover!!! We have had the car 5 months!!! And if they had checked the steering 2 weeks ago... woulda been in warranty window!! Snotty service lady! Not impressed with this place AT ALL! We have bought 10 cars from Greens in Springfield thought we'd give these guys a shot! Never again! We will deal with Greens! Much better operation!!!!
