I have been a customer of Tax Pros in Quincy for almost 15 years. Fred and Alex have both worked on my returns and have always been honest, fair and helpful. They helped me fix a stolen identity issue in under a couple of days. They helped me the year I had lived in 4 states with no stress or hassle. They have always done the right thing the right way and treated me as if I am important. I not only would recommend them to anyone, I actually have my wonderful mother in law doing her taxes with them as well. They are amazing and actually care.

Fred is the best! I wouldn't trust anyone else! He's been doing my taxes for years. His rates are as reasonable as anyone else. He's always pleasant and explains everything really well. If you want your taxes done right, this is the place to go! (Why on earth does it say in in SF?)

year before i called and asked how much taxes were going to be with these given documents. the older man said around 130-150 dollars. upon getting all taxes done and taking a long time he said around 280!!!! totally disagreed and eventually settled at 150 after many rude comments and poor attitude and a lack of communication on his part. would not recommend. following year i tried to give him another chance and after over an hour of his comments of "this is why you should pay your accountant tips" and "everyone wants robin hood but wont pay for robin hood" he refused to file my return and did not have a reason. kept repeating that he doesnt need a reason and can refuse service to anyone. by far the most unprofessional and rude person ever met in business and i will never go to any accountant ever again and would rather do turbo tax then belittled.

Just wanted to let people know that I was stressed about finding a place to have my taxes done bc it’s so expensive & most places are rude. However today was the first time I’ve been to this place & let me tell you the experience was so nice & easy. Family owned & operated. Very friendly & super fast service & it didn’t cost me a fortune. I will definitely be going back next year!
