I want to get a Samsung tablet for my daughter for Christmas and we have used T-Mobile for quite a while. I pay my bill every month with my pre-paid debit card, no problems. However, I cant pay the sales tax on a new device in the store with the SAME card because that particular card is not accepted!! How ridiculous!! I'm pissed!!!!!They tell me the only way I can pay the sales tax on a new device is with cash but the device physically needs to be in the store. They tell me they will get one in the store for me as a last resort so I can pay the sales tax with cash. THEN, WITH UPS's HELP, THEY LOSE THE TABLET!! What a joke of a company!!!!

Thanks to Luke we now have fast Internet!!! We are Sr. Citizens and Luke took his time with us and was so helpful. Even when we got home, he never seem to mind taking time to answer my questions, when I called. I highly recommend T-Mobile and the excellent service they provide.

I went in to see Jared to cancel my home internet service in November. He didn't even know how to do it and had to get help. Once both employees had worked on their computer for 30 minutes, they assured me I would pay my last bill and be done. Instead, I was charged again the next month because they failed to actually cancel my account. I called the customer service number and that pertain assured me I would not be charged ever again. Just got billed by autopay again today. 0/10 would not recommend this store to anyone. They're clueless.

First they entered phones wrong, then our new phone were supposed to be Free but they weren’t. This has been nothing but a nightmare!! I have had to call at least 10 times! Store Manager and his district manager said this would be fixed in a day or over a week ago! Still getting bad messages from t-mobile! This has COST ALOT OF TIME AND MONEY! NOT WORTH IT!

Alexis was amazing to deal with! Extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. We had a situation with our bill and she took her time to make sure it was resolved for us. She is an amazing asset to their company!
