Consistent with app half the time. Staff are likeable but often have new staff due to retention issues.
Received multiple “you’re next” texts and still had to wait over 40 minutes to be seen.

Amanda was AMAZING. she did so good with our toddler. she was so good with him and he looks so handsome even though he was a hand full! he did have the whole place laughing though. I’m not sure who cut my better half’s hair but he loved her too!! thanks for the great service, well worth the wait and price!

Went to get my haircut at this particular location.I told her exactly how I'm wanted my haircut.She did not cut it the way I had directed her to.do so.This is the 3rd time at a Sportsclip I had my haircut and they don't know what their doing.

Not sure what the issue was but I checked in online, waited 30 minutes in store on a 0 minute wait time and wasn’t ever served. Had to leave or be late for work. Nothing seemed wrong with online check-in process because my name was on the waiting board.

Rhonda is awesome, not only did I receive a great haircut she was very entertaining the entire time. 10/10 would recommend! Make sure you look her up for a great exp. the next time you go to Sport Clips!

Older lady took my sons money and gave bad service. Hair was crooked. He paid for a wash out and didn't get it then he asked why and she still made him pay for a service he didn't receive. He then said he would never come back and she said good.Service: Haircut
