Local Honda shop’s sales and service just weren’t meeting my expectations. From the moment I called Smith Brothers to check their inventory I was met with prompt, professional service. I drove almost 5 hours each way to work with Smith Brothers and every mile was worth it. They took care of a majority of the paperwork before I got there and had me loaded and turned back towards home in 45 minutes. Their prices are fair and their service is second to none. Great job Smith Brothers, keep up the good work. You’ve earned a customer for life!

More than 45 years riding and this place provided the absolute worst service I have ever had. More than 300 just to mount tires. Unbelievable. Dropped off the bike with no issues. Go to pick it up, told it's ready. Battery is so dead it wouldn't start. Obviously wasn't test ridden. Finally get the battery charged and it now has no brakes. Brakes were fine when dropped off. To top it off the owner promises to " make it right". Then the next day backs out on his word. Everyone makes mistakes the proof is in how you own it. Go ANYWHERE but here.
