We bought a Tempur-Pedic bed at Sleep Tight over 10 years ago at this very store and it’s time to get another. It has been wonderful to sleep on, easily the best bed ever! Anyway, Kim greeted us immediately, asked us a few questions, listened to us intently, presented a range of options, and then skillfully helped us narrow them down to the one that worked best for us. Additionally, she created a significant savings for us along the way! We left happy campers and can’t wait to do Zero Gravity in the new Tempur-Pedic. Thanks Kim, you ROCK!

Can't say much for their products but their drivers are horrible. One literally cut me off on the highway just so they could quickly get over into the right lane in order to exit less than a quarter mile up the road

Store called 2 days after purchase stating delivery would be a week later than agreed upon. Went elsewhere as needed it the initial date. We called back to cancel as no longer needed. Was initially informed $100 would be kept, then $260. These were in stock items never left their store. I could understand if we had taken them home or opened. After numerous calls refunded all but $200. Buyer beware. Basically stealing.I had made a previous review but deleted as I wanted to give them a chance to make it right.

I purchased a complete adjustable bed from Sleep Tight about 2 years ago. I loved the bed until about three months ago. It feels like it has broken down already. My husband can’t even sleep an entire night on this bed. It absolutely kill our back. For the price I paid this mattress should last longer than a couple of years.

Always helpful, dedicated to keep customers satisfied. Small "mom and pop" stores are hard to find these days, I appreciate a store that feels like family. That's the great thing about small and locally owned--they treat you like family.
