James was wonderful to work with and not pushy at all. Never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured. Everyone I worked with was great. I was in and out of the dealership in 4 hours. They offered me a fair amount on my trade in and worked to get me the best deal on my new car. It was my second time buying from Shottenkirk and I would recommend and buy from them again.

Rick was able to get my car in the same day after the battery failed. He also took car of my needed oil change at the same time. Thankfully, I was able to get it back in a few hours!
