The “supervisor” needs training! I went in to get a pack of cigarettes and the cashier rang me up the wrong kind. She didn’t know how to do an exchange or refund and apparently neither did the supervisor! She told her to hit refund and it would automatically go back to my card without scanning my card again. She then said well if it doesn’t work idk what to do you’ll have to talk to the manager. Needless to say it didn’t get refunded to my card (go figure) and was charged twice. When I went today the same “supervisor “ was there and said our manager quit and idk how to do a refund. Don’t give people a title who don’t know how to do the job!

Don’t know who works night shift here but very rude service called to ask a question get hung up on and then I try to call back and they unplugged the line so I couldn’t call.
