Awful Customer Service!! I am sure this post will not matter whatsoever… Our parks department has been utilizing SAMS in Quincy IL. Since 2008 and spend a lot of money. Our last few experiences have been awful!! Today we where supposed to pick up an order from the cafe that we had placed Friday and called about yesterday.. When we went to pick it up the Cafe staff was Very RUDE and basically said we did not know anything about it and acted clueless.. When I called and talked to management I was basically told to go someplace else… WOW!!
I also reached out to talk to the head store manager twice and was told they would return my call both times… Still Nothing….

Sam's Club Online are liars and thieves. They charged my credit card 435.00 and never ever delivered the table I ordered. Being a plus member doesn't mean anything. Over a month and I'm still trying to get my money back, they've no one in charge and the only people answering the phones are in India. WOW!! What a way to NOT do business!!!!!!! Sam's Club!!! You suck!!!!

Been here before with an OK experience. However today while trying to shop 2 employees having a conversation standing in front of the one of the last products I needed to get - simply ignored me carrying on their conversation.. Then moved in front of the next item I needed. Then muttered something under his breath - PATHETIC and disrespectful. They both continued to stare at me on my way through check out. Talk about not feeling comfortable.

We are plus members and can say, Don't bother getting a membership here! Customer service is inept, the cashier's aren't trained, the produce rots before we can eat it. The yogurt box was ripped and the yogurt inside was damaged and opened. The roast chicken meat was tough! We easily spend 300 per visit, shame on us!Where ARE the cashier's??! Only 2 check out lines open?! Pharmacy isn't open on Sundays?! Getting out of the store takes forever as the greeter is scanning all the items on receipt!! Customer Service guy is a passive aggressive flamboyant young kid, who's smart aleck attitude should be addressed immediately! Save that eye rolling for your home life, it's not appropriate nor professional here! Ohh, and we paid 100 for this abuse!

The Auto Dept is not customer friendly. I ordered and paid for a specific tire. Store didn't receive correct tires but mounted them on my vehicle anyways, and tried to blame me. Finally got what I paid for after several conversations with store staff who consistently tried to lied their way out of it.

Was traveling and discovered I had about worn the entire tread off my tires...I had to be home (1400 miles away) in three days and needed to get them before I attempted that drive. I called this Sam's club and asked for some price info. The guy was awesome. They only had two of the tires I needed in stock and it would take about a week to get the other two. I explained that I had to leave in two days and could not wait. Rather than loosing a customer, and to be as helpful as he could, this guy called another store and asked them to bring the tires I needed. We were there first thing the next morning, and was finished in about an hour. Good job Sam's Auto Center=

Sam's Club is what it is: Wal-Mart on steroids. That having been said, in lieu of having a Costco it offers the only option within 120 miles. The Pharmacy is excellent with prompt, personal service.
