These guys are excellent. They took my car right in when I walked in to check battery. Gave me one to use while they charged mine over night to see if battery still good. These are people I can trust for sure.

Just about the most honest people you could ever deal with. My Mom thought her battery was going dead so we took it in to get a new one. They suggested we test it just to double check. Turns out it was fine and they told us no need to buy a new one. Moms a worry wort so we bought the new one anyways. Awesome people.

Had a failing battery, called Rexx up. As soon as I arrived, opened up the garage door, as it was raining outside. By the time I went into the main area to pay, they had already changed the battery. Entire time was 3 minutes, absolutely amazing fast service. All three employees were super friendly. I appreciate the quick service, thank you!

My battery got zapped by the recent cold snap. I got it jumped, cleaned off, and headed to Rexx’s.Even with the recent cold snap, I was in and out with a new battery in 10-15 minutes. Probably not even that!I paid the lady at the desk, and I didn’t even have enough time to sit down in the waiting room before the gentleman who installed my battery came to get me and tell me that it was ready.Everyone was very friendly and efficient. And the prices were about $20-$30 less than what I’m used to paying at Auto Zone or O’Reilly’s.They are located right downtown, have excellent customer service, are very efficient, and offer competitive prices.Rexx’s will get my business as long as I live in Quincy! Highly recommended.
