My couch had bedbugs in it after my neighbor moved out of his home and it got bombed! They took it back to the store anyway! Wouldn't recommend getting furniture from this place. The two gentlemen that came and inspected it found a total of 5 bugs and they still took it anyway.

Scott is great he found exactly what I wanted, even though he didn’t have it in stock he called around and found it ! Great customer service and fast delivery. Delivery guys were excellent! 2nd purchase and I will be back in the future!

Be careful they will lie about payments and the contract length. They took $6,000 from my dad and can't close the account properly even though it is paid off. The new manager is rude and seems to know nothing. Blames everything on the old manager.

I'm a survivor of human trafficking. I haven't been liked by many in this town. Everyone is so quick to judge me. If the people in Quincy would just see that I'm not a drug addict. I'm actually a good person and have a huge heart still. Yes I have tattoos on my face but unfortunately I didn't choose them to be there. Yes I have pimples on my face that I usually have covered up with a hot pink face thingy lol idk. But I actually have endured to much trauma for a person to The manager of this store never thought twice. Everything he did and how everything was handled was beyond my expectations.
