I like to take my dog there SHILOH, we have a great time just running and playing he sure loves it . Also good for him socially. And on the average the people are nice. Sometimes people bring there sm dogs and put them on the large dog area, but overall the dogs get along, If the is a aggressive dog I leave not to much do they come but only once in while.

The price is cheap but my cat came back with fleas and a cut on his face. I have been trying to contact their vet for a week to buy flea medication and she just stopped responding to me so im now i have to pay for an appointment with another vet just to get flea medicine. If you love your animals and want to leave them with people who care about them do not take them here. Yes the pricing is attractive but i would of much rather spent the extra money to goto a real vet clinic then waste my time here. I also know that the humane society does a lot of good generally however my experience with them has just been awful. I feel sick to my stomache I put my cat through this.

Worst service imaginable, whoever runs this place has no business doing so. Rates are insane, staff is beyond the lower end of the functioning spectrum of IQ, and the vet is worse than part time. Idk how this place functions!

We have had both positive and negative experiences here. Got a puppy 8 years ago and we had to wait almost two weeks before hearing back if we were able to adopt her, we finally heard back and were able to pick her up. She started nipping my daughter a few years later so I called to see if they had any suggestions... The told me to bring her in. I let them know that she had hip problems and had since the day we got her... they took her to the back and practically laid on her hips, she was screaming in pain and trying to nip them... they forced a muzzle on her then told me they were going to KILL her because she was the most aggressive dog they had ever seen... I took my dog home and worked with her ourselves. Our dog has never bitten anyone and we have not had a single issue since. I'm still very sad at how that situation was handled!
We got a cat a few years back and we only had to wait a few hours to see if we could adopt her.. unlike the pup who we waited weeks for! The cat had worms severely and they failed to tell us. we took her back in for a treatment, which was supposed to be put in the middle of her shoulder blades so she couldn't lick it off... the lady put it down her side and she of course licked it off and then got extremely sick. We did NOT take her back there again, we instead took her to our vet and they were absolutely wonderful and got her fixed up.

We had our kitty Digit fixed and got her shots. Price is affordable and they took care of Digit and her brother got fixed at the same time. They were nice enough to put them next to each other during recovery which was very sweet.

Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable! They offer an affordable spay/neuter program welcome to people inside and outside their community, and hold it to a high veterinary standard. They also offer vaccines, microchipping, nail trims, deworming, and topical parasitical treatments. I was able to get all three of my cats completely vaccinated, spayed/neutered and treated for a very affordable price without sacrificing my animals welfare. These people genuinely love animals, and you'll love them too!
