As a new customer, I placed an online order on Sunday, and the item was shipped on Monday with USPS tracking to show it will arrive on Thursday. Unfortunately, the tracking info showed the item was en route to transferring back to the shipper (the merchant) the day after Thursday.Contacted merchant on the following Monday and Tuesday, but the merchant refused to contact the shipping currier USPS and refused to provide a refund.Farm & Home Supply doesn't deserve any star at all!
