I had insurance with them for over nine years. Not once have they contacted me to review my coverage. I wouldn't expect a big company to check in but a local company I would think would do so. When I called to request a document emailed the lady sighed when agreeing to do so. They want to take your money every month but don't want to be bothered.

I have a go to friend in Quincy that I reach out to for recommendations for any services to be done in Quincy, IL.I asked him about insurance agencies, Larry highly recommended Q’brien Insurance Agency.I went with them, Troy, and I wound up with equal or better coverage on all of my insurance needs. I can’t say tha everyone will do as well but I saved over 30% over all.The service and savings were so good we switched all of my parents insurances over to O’Brien.I highly recommended them.Steven Martens
