This bank is an exceptional bank because it has wonderful Associates working there that can help you understand what's going on with your account. They can help you deposit money and help you set up accounts such as checking debit cards and anything that has to do with keeping and protecting money in their establishment. I would rank this Bank five gold stars!

Service is horrible. Absolutely awful. We went in needing to deposit a check before the holiday weekend ¬ a single one of the four people working even acknowledged us. They were extremely rude. We don't normally come in to this branch &now we never will again.
