INSANE shipping prices. I've owned 3 retail stores in southern Florida for over 20 years and I have never heard of such obscene shipping costs. One box came and I was charged 40% the cost of the items. They won't give shipping fees till AFTER your order has shipped and you have been charged. I see other reviews of this company and this seems to be the "norm" for them. AVOID.

Absolutely RUDE... Worse Customer Service Specially TINA " who is a Sales Supervisor". lack of manners. Very Disappointed and when I express how I felt about Their Customer Service she said " HONEY I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY ODERS FROM YOU ". that's how unprofessional their SALES TEAM is. Never I have been Treated by A Sales Rep or Manager as TINA. If I can give this a 0 start I would. When I mention that One of the Items " a Sign" was Damaged .. they stated " OH YEAH WE KNEW" but still shipped it ..

Niki was the most wonderful and helpful gal. First person you see when you walk in and the last one as well. But, seriously everyone there is so friendly and only thing to be careful with is the enormous cash and carry. It is easy to get carried away. so many great items I just go wild in there. Go with an empty vehicle for sure. Thanks Melrose people, your the best.

Terrible experience. They shipped the lanterns with the glass next to the side of the box. When I opened it I said, wow, don't know who that would make it through the mail. Well sure enough, the glass was broken. When I called Melrose they wouldn't just ship me a new piece of glass. They said I had to file a claim bla, bla, bla....
