Friendly. Greeted as soon as we walked in. Sales person knew what kind of mattress to meet the description of my needs. Showed me several appropriate mattresses and got to try out several mattresses. Offered me options. Paid more than I wanted but feel I will be happy with my choices.

We stopped here first, then looked around at all the competition in town. We came back to Mattress Firm and bought the most comfortable bed at a fantastic price. The sales people were very helpful and easy to talk to. We didn't feel pressured at all. Great experience!
