Mother-in-law had brought in a 3 year old Jeep for a battery replacement. Little Jess was going to charge $487 to replace. Battery was $256 elsewhere. This was after charging $88 for a diagnostic check to tell her the battery was bad. (Which was already known)
She asked if Little Jess could jumpstart her car so she could take home and replace it herself. The Tech given the job tried a jump pack and a large battery charger and was unable to start the car. This was after going back and forth to the service manager to get advice. (Not sure what was being said)
They proceeded to say they cannot jump start the car and abandoned my mother in law with her car, in the summer heat, in their parking lot, meaning I had to come replace the battery on their lot.
Not impressed with the service. I wouldn’t buy a vehicle or expected quality service on that vehicle since they can’t even do a simple task of jumpstarting a car.

I went to Little Jess thinking we would have a good experience. Sadly, this wasn't the case. We purchased a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan last June. Sadly ever since we have only had one issue after another. First the battery went out, then the passenger side sliding door started making a bad sound and started to malfunction. Next the transmission went out forcing us to get a new one. After that the alternator went out and had to be replaced. Then the transmission radiator unit has to be replaced. Lastly, our A/C is starting to not cool the van. This was all within the course of a year. Little Jess refused to help us out on a trade in or on any repairs. I find it highly likely that no inspections were done even though they claimed they were. We had a couple mechanics mention all fluids looked quite old and had not been replaced. In the end I feel like we were taken advantage of and we acquired a lemon of a van. If I were you I would take your business elsewhere.
