“I have only been to this Hy-Vee Wine and Spirits twice the first time I went in the building. I was very excited to see the selection that they had and how clean their floors were spotless.
Their customer service was top-of-the-line they were very knowledgeable of the product, and they were very helpful in finding it for me. That's one thing that I really look up to in a store!!
Yesterday much to my surprise I was very ecstatic to go through the drive-thru I didn't know if it was going to be a nice visit but the lady at the window got me exactly what I wanted ring it up and I was out of there quicker than you can blink an eye.
This associate was very helpful and knowledgeable, as well as the others were the other day.
In conclusion of being in the store and being through the drive-thru were both a five-star review on their service and their appearance.
