Charge me over $500 to do my taxes and they wrote down my routing and account information wrong. Made several attempts to contact them their stores closed and nobody answering their phone or returning emails.

Julie was such a big help and very professional. We had some unexpected tax debts pop up and she looked into and offered to help us while explaining everything so we understood what was going on. She was kind and very patient with my toddler’s, I will be doing my business with her from now on!
