The sales people are amazing however in order to keep warranties on vehicle you have to get oil change at the store and the lady that schedules the appointments is very rude and i took a 9 month old van yesterday and traded due to the customer service she gives i think mika is her name i think she's just been rude to me to many times in 9 months

If I would have seen the reviews I wouldn't have wasted my time driving an hour each way. I have been looking at cars online and saw a few that I thought were I was interested in. When I get there there was only one car. We (my dad and I) drove it. It had holes near the top, it had a few paint/scratches on the back, and a tire that has a slow leak. My dad was there to help me negotiate but the guy, James I think, 'couldn't or wouldn't' budge on price. What really ticked me off was that if the other cars had already sold they didn't take them off the website. Waste of time

When I bought my 2012 Honda Fit, the salesperson promised one free detailing when I wanted to get one. When I returned the car to get my free detailing, he said, "I never said that." Fast forward to now, July 6, 2022. My car broke down in Macomb, Illinois, on May 28, 2022, and I had them tow it to Kunes Country because that was where I purchased the vehicle and the only place I could think of at the time. Last week on Monday or Tuesday, they called and said my extended warranty company wants them to take the engine apart so they could see what's wrong and asked me if that was ok; I said go ahead as I didn't know that I had much of a choice. They say they've been waiting on my extended warranty company to give the ok to proceed. The warranty company was only closed Friday through Monday. They needed to take it apart before the warranty company would come. Excuses, excuses, excuses. I'm going to see if I can get another company to join my extended warranty company because I will never have anything to do with Kunes country; they are HORRID and UNETHICAL.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN QUINCY. My friend has a Hyundai and needed a part in the door fixed. Her dad works at a Hyundai dealership in Tennessee. He ordered the part from a Hyundai supplier. We took in the part and asked if they could put it in.. they said no because we didn't order it from Kunes. ITS WAS ORDERD FROM A HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP. Most likely the same supplier Kunes gets their parts from. They literally turned away business to a customer that has a Hyundai.. she would've gotten oil changes there and recurring services.. SO we took it over to Toyota Shottenkirk and we told them what was going on and what had happened at Kunes. They laughed and said they'd be happy to put the part in. Not to mention, Jake Bunker is the WORST financial Advisor and tacked on an extra 4k service fee WITHOUT TELLING US! - here is your bad review now, Jason Buxom. Never gave you one before, but you accused me that I did. Have a nice day!

They make you wait ALL day when you have cash to pay for a brand new vehicle! I really wish my husband and I walked out and took our business elsewhere. We have had nothing but problems with their service and our vehicle! I think it's because they are the only Honda dealer around. Unfortunately my husband is on call 24 /7 and we chose to use a local dealer. Big disappointment ! If you are thinking of doing business with this place, you will regret it.

Sales handed me off to another salesman. Kept me waiting all day to close the sale. Can never get car scheduled for service before two to three weeks out and make you wait for the most minor of service. Really terrible dealership!

Car was in for oil change/tires rotated and windshield fluid leaking. I could see my car out there and believed it was ready to go and inquired about it and was told that they needed to print out the ticket. I continued to sit an additional half an hour and had to go back and ask again about the car. Staff was not friendly in service department.

Avoid! Does not honor Illinois lemon law.I bought a vehicle and after 2 days it broke down. After a week, I finally got it back. On the ride home, was STILL having problems, the check engine light came back on, and they refused to fix the problem. They told me it was my problem, and that they wasn't going to do anything. When confronted, they just lied and made excuses. Save yourself a headache, and take your money elsewhere.
