I didn't much care to deliver here. Being underground made it a hassle delivering, and I couldn't get cell service to communicate to call my company to handle the lumper fee. The people were polite and efficient, though.

They r very nice nd polite they r open at 5am go to stating area parking there call them they give you instructions follow them enter the cave before the red lights MCS sign outside no kohl’s sign enter go to no 9 trun right then left u gonna see khols sign hand them paperwork. They r really fast nd quick to unload take no more than 30 minutes this is my first experience cave storage facility warehouse it’s awesome

They are pretty fast unloading. The ground does get wet in the cave. No Internet or GPS access once inside. Get the number of the front of the building. Call to check in, make a left out of parking lot go down the street and there will be a staging to wait at till they are ready for you. There will be lumper fees.

First time was in and out within 2 hours. You stage about a 1/2 mile down the road and call down to check in. They give you directions from there. Make sure to right them down. No idling wants you put it in the dock.

Rude as hell. They take forever and phones and internet don’t work. Skip it, they pay bottom feeder rates anyway.

Great place to get unloaded at you park down the road in the staging lot and call for directions they get you in and out fairly quick, it was $100 lumper fee for a full load of frozen chicken

Beautiful place to deliver and great people. My delivery was 930am and reported early at 7am and I was unloaded. I was unloaded in 30 minutes. Please call for directions before you enter the caves as there will be no service inside the caves. They have overnight parking in a staging area. They respect truck drivers. Best place to deliver.

Pretty "cool" place to deliver to. Fast unload, nice people, memorable experience.

You need to make a phone call to make an appointment. Be careful, there are bottlenecks, limited space, and potholes on the road. Unloading is fast, in one hour, there is a lamper fee of $75 per hour. There is no connection underground, you can use the phone in the office.
