We had our stuff, for what Quincy Storage say was stolen out of our unit. We believe that they auctioned off the wrong unit. We was told that the unit when check was completely cleaned out. Don't know any thiefs that clean out everything that's there, where they are stealing from, empty cardboard boxes and all. Then they continued to take my money each month from April to October, even after they had rented the unit out to someone else. going on 2 weeks now that we was to receive a check for the over payment. Not one camera on their units to help identify how our unit was cleaned out. was told it's not their fault and to file claim with our insurance company.

The driver was very professional and packing crew very good. The unloading was also good under bad weather conditions Would recommend to others

The pricing felt like a bait and switch- one price quoted and told “we tend to overestimate and you will get charged for actual weight” multiple times. However when it came time to pay for the load that was almost 1,000 lbs less than the estimated weight was told the person misspoke (again multiple times) and that what we were quoted and paperwork signed as a total price guarantee - so a bit shame on me for not reading the details.
