“We recently switched providers from Adams Fiber to Xfinity. Adams Fiber was becoming an unreliable and progressively worse internet service and they have horrible customer service so I decided to give Xfinity a shot. I work from home so having a good internet provider is important in my day to day life. We had gotten over the phone assistance and they shipped a new router out to us (which I highly recommend over refurbished options). We received the router on the expected delivery date, but it took us several hours to get the router to work and since then our wifi cuts out at least once a day for a few minutes. I would give them 5 stars because when the internet works it is amazing! However, it was a huge stressful hassle getting the router to work in the first place and having to unplug my router once a day during my job to get the internet to work again, but that could be from interference and nothing related to them. Either way, if you want a good provider Xfinity if much better than Adams Fiber!”
