Worst breakfast I've ever had. If you cannot make something as simple as a pancake how can you be a breakfast place. I had to order twice. The second stack was worse than the first. There was no coffee made to drink and this was at 8 o'clock in the morning! There were only 4 other people in the restaurant! I should have known better than to even eat there. There was no table service. They have no business being in the restaurant business. Customer service is about as bad as it gets. Understaffed and overpriced. Like a big cafeteria or warehouse. Definitely not a good place to go. Ambiance what can I say.?? I give it 1 star since halves are not available.

I have never encountered such rude and und unprofessional employees in my life. They have 0 customer service skills. Even if you prove them wrong, they will argue they are right. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions out of this pharmacy asap. 1, they will go against Dr orders, per their policies. 2. They will flat out refuse to fill Dr's order's. They have lost control substance prescription and blame it on you. This time they told me to come back Sunday to pick up prescription and weren't even openness so I suffered for 2 days. No excuses for their behavior. I'm done.

People working there are awful. Rude, condescending and make you feel like trash for the medications you take. There are issues every time with a certain prescription, even when the Dr personally calls. I have literally NEVER experienced such rudeness and unprofessionalism.

This morning I treated my mom to the market grille for breakfast. The 2 gentlemen at the market grille made it the best experience I have ever had. They made sure that my son had his own plate even though I said I would just share. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to. Will be making this our family go to from now on!

i have requested several time for meds to be delivered all request was denied, and unwilling to work with me and other with there disabilities that causes them to sleep all day i have called and asked for updates on meds by the 1rst of the month so i can order the ones i need, claim was made that i haven't provided updates on meds about resupply, when i have called back several times and left messages i am home bound cant right compromising my home using public transit and disabled transit had severally lock down to scheduling ride to pick up meds and taking care of other needs, due to restrictions and abuse i am being punished with the new policy,cuz lack of aid for low income and disabled

Rosa the RN and Kristin pharmacist were spectacular in helping me to navigate my Medicare benefits to now get the shingles 2nd shot free today. Rosa helped me to check my primary care online portal to check on my date of the first shot.

Unfortunately the food anymore is just terrible been to eat a few times now hoping it would go back to what it use to be but sadly that doesn’t seem like it will happen. The food is probably some of the worst Iv ate in a long time. They don’t even serve the homemade ranch anymore. They use to have some of the BEST chicken strips and mashed potatoes with chicken gravy . Let’s just say yuck. Wished they would go back to the right way

HyVeeaislesonline FAIL. Made my order and it is an hour and a half past my pickup time. There was no warning of this delay sent to me - I would have just shopped myself. Second I was charged a $9.95 pickup fee.. On a lighter note---all the people working were so apologetic.

This pharmacy never has my medicine ready when they say it will be ready. Lines are so long and people who could actually help, are just standing around talking every time. They never, never, never answer the phone either.
