The line inside and outside has been dang near out the door for 2 days. The girls working the registers seem as though they could care less about helping customers quickly, one of them just looked down right miserable to be there at all. This place is really going downhill. It's a shame really.

Was told 5-10 min wait for pharmacist approval. Waited 45 minutes and watched many other customers receive orders and leave, not happy!

Whoever the girl is working your drive thru window needs educated on customer service or how to do her job in general. I will never be using this pharmacy again. Insurance is hardly ever used and medications which should have a low co-pay ($5 or less at walmart for same meds) this girl charges me $30+ everytime (3x) I've been there since moving back to quincy.

Overall, I have received good service from this pharmacy. I generally submit my refill via the app, and it’s ready in 24-48 hours unless out of stock, which is rare on my meds. Staff for the most part are attentive and nice. I’ve tried every pharmacy in town and this one works best for me.

Having people purchase a “membership” to get the better prices in these times of high inflation isn’t right. I also don’t like they expect you to visit the store daily to get the “daily” specials. Not customer friendly

Terrible. After today I'm changing pharmacies. Multiple times they have somehow lost my insurance info and tried to charge me full cost, always the slowest possible service, and today I had a medication that I NEED, which was prescribed to me 5 days ago, which I have been waiting on from this pharmacy for 5 days because it was out of stock but they kept telling me was coming, CANCELLED because they had the Rx unfilled for too long. I was then told it was on me to find someone who has this medication available and promptly hung up on without even an apology. What. The. Hell.

I was given the wrong prescription for nearly a year by their staff and experienced complications as a result. Other issues: despite their automatic notification system & me manually calling in to verify arrival of medicine, I’ve showed up multiple times in person, waited, and then their staff claims it isn’t ready. I’m done wasting my time and being medically inconvenienced. I have spoken with management and I will still not return as a Hy-Vee Pharmacy customer.

Hy-Vee is without a doubt the worst place anyone can go for pharmacy. They often do not have the medicines needed to fill common prescriptions. Items like iron, penicillin, etc. In a lot of cases when they don't have the medicine at one store they try to send it to another store. They often lose the prescriptions and or do not check the recordings to receive them in a timely fashion. When ever you arrive to the pick up window there is usually only 103 or four windows open. The staff is not kind or respectful.

Sometimes slow But if you call ahead and tell them you’re really something, they can usually get it within an hour. Unfortunately, with Covid, sometimes medications are out of stock and can’t be gotten for a day or two. The only improvement I could recommend is that they call you when this happens and offer to switch it to a different pharmacy - instead of showing up to get it and being told they’re out.

Have been using this hyvee pharmacy for years and always have wonderful service and the employees are so kind. I have never had a bad experience here.

This is the worst pharmacy, they have lied to us 5 times about when our medicine would be ready for pick up. They cross contaminated our medicine leaving my husband vomiting, dizzy and diarrhea. The new "techs" aren't trained and should NOT be handling medication! They meet you at the drop off and pick up window with a scowl across their face. We won't be back!

We eat at hyvee on 1400 harrison alot. Got the Chinese tonight it was terrible. Got the cashew chicken. 3 small pcs of chicken and around ¹5pcs of water chestnuts and and alot of celery. I thought I was buying a cashew chicken. I was very disappointed.

very nice people that hyvee has hired, enjoyable atmosphere, when I have a question and sometimes I have troubles understanding they take time to explain the answer to me where I get it, no longer confused. thank for reading my opinion.

Every single time I’ve had to pick up a script in the last 10 months, I’ve had an issue. So I got in the habit of calling ahead to confirm my prescriptions are ready and I don’t have to wait 30+ minutes in line for nothing. (They always have super long lines) Called last night, they confirmed my scripts were ready for pickup. Got my automated ready for pickup message yesterday too. Come today, no scripts ready. And I sat in line for 30+ minutes on Christmas Eve for nothing. Now they can’t fill my script for 3 days. This has been my experience the last 10 times.
