If this pharmacy wasn’t preferred by my insurance I wouldn’t not use them. It’s not very HIPAA compliant having to shout my name and date of birth from the registers to the employee 3 windows down so they can look up my medications. Overall, I have received good service from this pharmacy. I generally submit my refill via the app, and it’s ready in 24-48 hours unless out of stock, which is rare on my meds. Staff for the most part are attentive and nice. I’ve tried every pharmacy in town and this one works best for me.
