No....nope I have waited over 2 hours for them to fix a problem i was having in now its over 3 hours and 30 minutes

I was playing slots at the Grove in Tavern got a ticket for $174.20 it would not redeem it that night I went in the next day the tech called it in. They said somebody redeemed at 6:37 a.m. which was a lie then when Grove Inn Tavern looked over the surveillance they said that somebody did come in and cash the ticket or whatever but all the employees said there wasn't any one there at that time. I had the ticket all night until I went in to redeem it the next day.. so it's a rip-off heck's are getting rich by robbing people blind obviously cuz I did not cash in the ticket I had it with me the whole time I don't see how this happened and they won't return any of my calls that tells me they're Shady beware!! I will never go there again. Ever!!!

These people are shady, my wife spent $1800 on a used pinball machine with the agreement it would be delivered cleaned up and working properly. It was delivered filthy, none of the playing field lamps illuminated and bumper bands rotting off and one major part of the game inoperative. Oh yes and it didn't even have the correct number of balls. They refused to do anything and won't even answer calls or messages. Do not do business with these crooks. After spending over $400 more dollars on parts and a repairman to come out we can play the machine. I cannot stress this enough, do not trust these crooks. I wish I could give negative stars.
