After leaving my last review the owner of Harvey's contacted me. He assured me he would do whatever it took to make me happy. They repaired one chair and replaced the other. He was very polite and courteous.I will be purchasing all future furniture from Harvey's ! And highly recommend them to everyone.

We went to look at some furniture choices for our new house. The staff was extremely accommodating to us, from listening to our preferences, showing us choices from the showroom, and even seeking out catalogs of items which could be ordered to our tastes. All in all, we enjoyed our visit immensely!

Not happy with one of my recliners on my sectional.they said they replaced it but it's the same one very uncomfortable. It needs more padding it hurts me to sit in it.

Vicki (I hope I spelled her name right) was super helpful and friendly. The store is bigger than it appears outside. I was looking for new living room furniture, kind of had an idea what I wanted and with Vicki's guidance found everything I needed and the deliver. Highly recommend this store.

Excellent service. Bought an electric reclining chair from them 3-4 years ago. They serviced it under warranty & did a beautiful job reupholstering. Took it back recently for repair after it was out of warranty. They reupholstered it for free. They stand behind their products.
