We are return customers of Evan Roush. I called him and said my current vehicle had been totaled and I needed something soon. I told him we were interested in an Explorer. When we got to Gem City he had an Explorer out that matched the truck we bought off of him. My husband drives a hard bargain and Evan was always respectful and ran his legs off getting answers to questions. We drove home with my 2024 Explorer today! You can’t go wrong with Evan Roush. He will always be our first call!

Rico got the job done! After a lot of research we decided to purchase an F150 Lightning. When my husband said we are buying one today and it was in Ohio, I took it upon myself to find one locally. We contacted Rico and by the end of the day we drove of the lot with one. There was no pressure and the team worked hard to insure the rebates we asked for were applied. Rico was lovely to deal with and we appreciated his friendliness!

I will be going back to Gem City Ford as they were absolutely amazing to deal with! They were really easy to work with, no pressure into forcing to buy. They actually went lower than a truck I was looking at with better deals and warranty. I will be going back to Troy and his team. Thanks for the new 2024 F150 you guys!

We asked Rico to find us a Lincoln Nautilus white with tan interior with low miles. Within a couple of days he had found us a similar Mercedes with low miles to look at a couple of Nautilus’ that had a different interior if we want to take a look and within a week he found us exactly what we asked for. Then when we went in there was no pressure to buy and was wonderful to work with. I would recommend Rico to everyone looking to buy a car

Rico was our salesman and he was great. He asked a few questions and showed us a couple vehicles he thought we’d like. We had a deal made in 15-20 minutes. Finance guy was great, didn’t try to sell extras and had us in and out in another 10 minutes. All in all a great experience.
