I love the store and the service while I’m in the store, however, if you need to call them it’s nearly impossible to have someone actually answer the phone. Multiple times where I’ve continued trying to call after a few minutes, as the automated voice says to, and i think only once they’ve answered my calls in the last 4 years of living here.

These are great people in here, seriously. The most comfortable way to buy and sell video games. GameStop made paper weights into dollars of any console or game I had my fill of. Sometimes I wonder what happens to people who only buy games at grocery stores and I say a prayer for the cabinets of dusty titles. Don't be that guy. Be a GameStop guy. If you're done playing it, they can turn that spot on the shelf into $. It's clutch like need for speed, bro.

Friendly service. They are knowledgeable about their merchandise and try to get you the best deal. It's totally worth it to get the one year warranty on everything. The rewards card quickly pays for itself if you shop there very much.

Most of there reviews are fake. They Wana give 70$ for a brand new PS4. And when you try to buy a PS5, you better pay a extra 30$ for the pro account or they refuse to sell it. Crooks all of them.

This place is no longer GameStop it is now an Amazon warehouse, I bought a $40 mystery box and there was only one thing in it that I liked. Ugh.. at least I learned a lesson.

I used to love GameStop. It's still a good store to visit once in a while but with the advent of digital downloads they are kind of going by the wayside. Neat little store with some good merchandise. However technology has won me over and this store seems to be a bit outdated to me. That's not saying much though because I think most physical location stores are becoming a bit outdated with the advent of the internet of things.
