Almost always a bad experience. Listened to managers talking about how to take advantage of target coming to town while all the while not paying attention to employees or customers. Employees playing on phones inside and out. Wanted to buy 700 dollars worth of guns but no one around to ask to buy.When Ieft found employee standing outside on phone. Had sworn that I wouldn't go back after having a gun sold out from under me reserved.Went back and remembered why I don't shop there.

Great store, kids love going in and seeing all the wildlife, and petting the wolf on the way in. Only downside was the shopping carts were pretty rickety. Could've shopped more if I would have been able to secure my youngest in the cart. Would love to put my 4 year old in a cart too!

Had a great experience at the archery/pro shop with John. He treated me great after having a terrible experience with another bow shop In Quincy. Set my bow up in no time, made sure he checked everything that could be checked. Found a few problems others didn’t. Overall he was awesome. I will be back and I will buy from game masters from now on. Thanks John!

My husband and the boys love this store.My only problem was the older man working the "gun counter". Definitely not a fan of women!My husband and son were looking at scopes and I moved past them jokingly making a comment to them. The man barked at me, "Is there something you need?" At which point, I ran my hand over my husband's shoulder and said "this is all I need right here." My husband laughed and said "I love you too, honey." At which point the man let out a grunt and walked away.Don't assume women are not important to your business!
