0 stars. Ordered online with my card for same day delivery. They called me once and I missed it. The second call I answer telling me she 1. Didn't deliver the flowers 2. Has to confirm every single online order via phone for card security. (nowhere on website does it say they have to call and re add card info with each order) I received email confirmation of order and everything. I had already submitted my card info. When I told her that this order was supposed to be delivered today and that's the entire point of ordering online she raised her voice telling me I am rude and then slammed the phone down hanging up on me. This was a first and last order. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Ordered a bouquet about a month ahead of time and asked it be delivered. I don’t know a lily from a tulip. So I told them the color theme and dollar amount I’d be willing to spend. They did not disappoint.

I now live in Chicago but reached out to my HS friend Jennifer for a special 10 year anniversary floralFor my Father grave. I gave them the plot # and section and today my Mom who is local showed up and was so happy!! The floral silk saddle was beautiful and really commentated the day for the passing of my Father.

We worked with Jennifer on Flowers for my Dad's funeral. The arrangements were beautiful and the flowers were fresh. Jennifer was very helpful and easy to work with. Also the plants the have are amazing. I would highly recommend them.
